DL Design Group Inc. is a WBE/DBE  civil engineering firm based in Portland, Oregon. The firm was founded by Irina Leschuk and Gary Darling in January 1999. Together, the principals have over 40 years of combined experience in the civil engineering field. We have extensive experience working with state, federal and our local agencies and we are centrally located within a few hours of most major northwest cities including Portland, Seattle, Spokane, Bend, and Medford.

     We are actively involved in the engineering community and are members of the American Public Works Association, American Society of Civil Engineers, Society of American Military Engineers.
